EVs carry a diverse array of long RNAs (>200nt), including mRNAs, long non-coding RNAs (lncRNAs), and circular RNAs (circRNAs), which play critical roles in cell-to-cell communication and regulation of gene expression. EV-derived long RNAs provide valuable insights into cellular function and pathological processes, making them promising biomarkers for disease diagnosis, prognosis, and treatment monitoring.

  • Cell culture medium;

  • 200ul plasma/serum; 

  • 1ml Urine/saliva;  

  • 500ul CSF.
